  • Cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice will be subject to 50% of the session fee.
  • If paying by check, please state this information at time of booking.
  • All sessions are sent as a link to your own gallery, from the website, for direct digital download.
  • Images are resized accordingly for all local MLS boards, Realtor.com, Zillow.com and Social Media platforms.
  • Invoices over 24 hrs late will be subject to a late fee of $30 every day left unpaid.
