Our pricing structure is simplified to make it easier to get what you need. We can create packages based on your needs or you can choose from any of our services. Next Level Eleven does not charge "travel" fee's so rest assured your cost doesn't budge from what is laid out below. Proudly serving all of the Emerald Coast, South Alabama, and can even travel outside this radius! Contact us for more information or to schedule your session!
Real Estate photography
Real Estate Photography is our full interior and exterior service. Amenities are included with clients request for them.
Pricing:
All areas west of 30A start at $225
30a-Panama City- $300
What's included:
- All interiors with multiple angles of each room (when space is available within the area.)
- All exteriors of home to include amenities if requested.
- Detailed shots are included if you'd like them as well.
- Online payments are accepted, as well as cash, check, or Venmo.
- Private gallery filled with your images, resized for all social media platforms and the MLS.
AirBnB/VRBO/Vacation home pricing starts at $325- Please contact us for a custom package!
Drone photography/Videography
Drone photography is a great addition to any property! It's a beautiful birds eye view of our amazing beaches, points of interest around the property, and a nice visual of where things are located in relation to the property.
Drone Photography starts at $150
What's included:
- Aerial photos and/or video of property and surrounding areas.
- POI's are captured if requested, please make sure to include this in your booking request so we know which ones you would like to have.
- Online payment for ease. Cash, Check, Venmo, or PayPal is also accepted.
- Gallery emailed to you with all your images/video
Lifestyle/Portraits
NLE does Portraits, Seniors, Headshots, and Mini sessions as well. Please contact us for information on these. We'd love to hear your interests, wants/needs, and ideas!
Our Mini sessions are great for those wanting a fun filled packed session with beautiful photos without the cost and time of a lengthy session. Perfect for those little ones with short attention spans, too! :)
Headshots for business cards/websites/social medias/marketing are a great way to get your image and personality to your clients!
Senior sessions are fun, edgy, beautiful, and slammed pack with exactly who you are! We like to make sure your personality and interests come out and shine! We are always looking for new ways to incorporate hobby's and items that a senior is in to, so don't hesitate to let us know all about you and share your ideas!
Lifestyle sessions are a great way to be yourself without the stuffy posing and "look at me and smile" productions. These can be of anything from people, kids, horses/animals, cars; the sky is the limit! Reach out to us and let us know your ideas, we'd love to put something special together for you!

- Every session is tailored to each individual client, so no two sessions are the same.
- We want to hear your ideas, get to know you, so we can put together an unforgettable session for just you!
- All sessions will come with a full gallery of your images to include full resolution sizes as well as web sized images for ease of sharing with your friends and family!

FAQ
1. How do I book a photo session with you?
Texting is the fastest way to reach me. Send me a quick message with your name, property address and when you're looking to go "live" with it and I will get you scheduled as quickly as possible.
2. Can I customize a photography package to fit my specific needs?
Absolutely! When inquiring about a session, please let me know your ideas and what you are wanting in your session so that way I can create a specific package just for you! :)
3. How long does it take to receive the final edited images?
Turn-a-round time is next day by 6pm for Real Estate photos, usually I get them back early afternoon though.
For all other sessions, it depends on the type of session. Typically 3-7 business days is a good rough timeline. Each session is different and may need more or less time.
4. How do I prepare my listings for the best photography outcome?
I have a detailed "Get ready" page on my website that goes into every step/detail in order to get your home "show" ready for photos! I'd be happy to email over a copy for you to share with your clients if you'd like that as well.
5. Where do you travel for sessions?
I travel all over the Emerald Coast and South Alabama for sessions and have the ability to go outside of the area for you, too! Just send me an email or text and let me know your ideas for your session, I'd be happy to talk to you about your wants and needs to make sure you get everything you're looking for!
6. Will you travel outside of the state for a Rental (AirBnb/VRBO) session?
Absolutely! I love to travel so let's make it happen! Send me all the details and we can work out a package for your property!
